Service Description
lokilo.ai is a service for identifying land parcels based on information from real estate listings. The service helps users determine the exact address and location of a property described in a listing.
Users enter known information from a real estate listing (postal code, land area, building size, description, images). The system searches official cadastral data for matching parcels and uses AI for analysis.
Data Sources
lokilo.ai uses official cadastral and land registry data from government sources across Europe. This data is provided under open data licenses. The cadastral data is regularly updated from official open data portals. When using the data, the respective license and attribution must be observed.
The cadastral data used does not contain any owner information. Only factual data about land parcels, buildings and addresses is used. The data is used exclusively for property identification and does not replace official information.
