Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract was concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (lokilo.ai UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Winterstraße 4-8, 22765 Hamburg, Germany, phone: +49 40 52479155, email: support@lokilo.ai) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content and Services
The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium (credits, AI analyses, search results) and for service contracts if we have begun performance of the contract after you have (1) expressly consented that we begin performance of the contract before expiry of the withdrawal period and (2) confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon consent to commencement of performance of the contract (§ 356 (5) BGB).
